A creative, customer service oriented, self-motivating, get it handled, support system to the CEO/CTO. On a daily basis.

Direct support of CEO/CTO: management of calendar and priorities, etc.

Support Accounts Payable: mail checks, invoices, etc.

Delivery of license “keys” to clients via email.

First point of contact with Clients,ISPs,Resellers and Vars: quotes, invoices, applications, etc.

Customer service oriented, friendly demeanor! Primary contact for phones: screening of all calls

Shipping/receiving: Fed ex, UPS, DHL, private courier.

Mailings: work with printing company, proof jobs, and ensuring CSV mail out lists are up to date.

Correspondence as needed: letters, emails, phone calls. Receipt and distribution of faxes.

Management of Maintenance Renewals (Excel): send out renewal notices (90, 60, 30, days) in advance, adding new clients, and product purchases. Follow up on Estimates, Invoices, etc.

Coordination of all Evaluations software or hardware, handling the coordination and mailing of bids for the government.
